Flight Centre Careers, a key business within Peopleworks, Flight Centre's dynamic Human Resource division, is seeking an internal Recruitment Consultant to join their high performance team.
We're looking for a part time Recruitment Consultant (Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 3:00pm) to help Flight Centre business's find and employ Unbeatable people. You'll be selling NZ's Best Large Workplace 8 years running - An easy sell for an experienced recruiter!
In this role you'll be responsible for a variety of roles (internal & external) focusing on the end to end recruitment process - building relationships with Business Leaders, attracting and interviewing the market's best candidate's right through to reference checks and issuing contracts. You'll be part of our non high energy and vibrant non traditional HR team we call Peopleworks - the hub for our number one asset Our People!
What are we looking for?
- Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience
- A natural at building and maintaining relationships
- Persistence and a high level of motivation
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
