Infinity Holidays are part of Flight Centre Limited; it's the wholesale division that supplies product to our guaranteed client base of 135 retail stores throughout New Zealand! The wholesale stars supplying to the travel consultants in the shops!

Selling cruise isn't new to Infinity but with the rapidly growing cruise market we're now creating a whole new team and subsequently have two positions available!

What will you be responsible for?

Providing an Unbeatable service to customers and competitive deals as well as, making confident recommendations. You'll also need to keep up to date with the latest cruise products and offerings - Ultimately providing our front line staff with the resources to clinch the booking! 

What we're looking for:

It's important to us that you'll have strong cruise knowledge. You will be the cruise expert to retail consultants so knowledge of ports, the differences between cruise lines and the USP's of cruising will be crucial.

Ideally you will have previous experience in a travel consulting role, have worked with cruise lines or cruise products.

We'll also be seeking someone with an Unbeatable personality to join the energetic Infinity team!
