What will you be responsible for?

Providing an Unbeatable service to customers and competitive deals as well as making confident recommendations. You'll also need to keep up to date with the latest cruise products and offerings - ultimately providing our front line staff with the resources to clinch the booking!

What we're looking for:

It's important to us that you'll have strong cruise knowledge. You will be the cruise expert to retail travel consultants so knowledge such as of city ports, the differences between cruise lines and the unique selling points of cruising will be crucial.

Ideally you will have previous experience in a travel consulting role selling cruising or perhaps worked for major cruise lines or cruise products.

We'll also be seeking someone with an Unbeatable personality to join the energetic Flight Centre culture!
